  19. Thanks for trying out this new and updated version of Thy Super Knight 2.0
  20. for Windows. Note that the former name of this game was Thy Knight 1.0 & 1.2
  21. in the older versions. Unlike the older shareware version 1.0 and the 
  22. registered version 1.2 which had replace that one,. 2.0 is the best one! I
  23. have put together a much more powerful and expanded sound effect blended 
  24. with other sound effects. Where you will hear the evil knight voice crying
  25. out in the background to give you a feeling of actually being in his castle.

  27. Version 2.0 now offers;
  28. The graphics are now larger the playing area (castle) is full screen! Thy 
  29. Super Knight has all the newest features found in its cousin game the new 
  30. Thy Dragon 2.0, plus other special stuff, like you can now see the evil 
  31. black knight castle big brown open and close before and after each game. 
  32. Now when the door opens out will come the army of evil knights which will
  33. walk or move towards you on your computer monitor which you will hear also.
  34. There is also and introduction animation Screen  where you will get the feel
  35. of the game watching the computer battle it out as one evil black Knight and
  36. one gray good Knight did in medieval times.

  38. When you  have slayed Thy Super Evil Knight her will now fall to the ground
  39. as you will also hear him cry out in pain!  Plus your mouse will turn from
  40. sword / shield into a brand new knight in armor. This feature looks now like
  41. a little knight holding his sword and standing on his two feet!

  44. I hope you will enjoy playing this game, and if you do please mail in your
  45. REGISTERED FEE of $7.87 which includes;  3.5 diskette, packaging, handling
  46. and shipping cost. You will also get the entire full package of the

  52. you can write down a piece of paper your name address, phone and where you

  82. About the Expanded  & Continuous Multimedia Wave Sound Effects in the
  83. Background

  85. After the main introduction screen one of the above wave files will 
  86. begin playing continuously. To stop any sound playing in the background
  87. and etc use the new menu item Shh! which will only temporary turn off the
  88. current sound playing.

  96. Your left button is your action button, this could be a gun, big guns, baby
  97. bottle, sword / shield sight aimer and etc... The Right button is now used
  98. to bring up your game level control center. This will also reset the game
  99. automatically when you have finished you this area.

  110. GAMES that were made this year 1994 only need their  *.EXE, *.HLP, BWCC.DLL
  111. and *.WAV files

  113. Installing 1 Game SKNIGH20.ZIP + SKNGH20.EXE
  114. NOTE: You do not have to install you new game in a C:\WINDOWS\GAMES
  115.       But this is the best method for keeping everything tidy on your HD.
  116.       Also you must keep all WAVE SOUND files together with your new game
  117.       no matter where you decide to call or place your game into.

  119. 1. I guess you have already decompress SKNIGH20.ZIP
  120. 2. Now you will see 4 files;
  121.  
  122. a. SKNG20.EXE,  SFX compressed file which contains :main game files etc..
  123. b. WIN_A94.TXT, maybe you are reading this file now?
  124. c. WIN_A94.WRI, or maybe this one? Both are the same except for the graphic
  125.    on top!
  126. d. VENDOR.EXE, Info for BBS, Sysops, Vendors etc..

  128. 3. Create a new sub directory under Windows called C:\WINDOWS\GAMES
  129.  
  130. a. Copy  SKNG20.EXE  C:\WINDOWS\GAMES
  131. b. Type SKNG20 out in dos or double click on this file with this directory 
  132.    under the any File Manger
  133.  
  134. c. Wait for this file to automatically decompress
  135. d. Remove SKNG20.EXE from this directory now, because you won't need 
  136.    anymore!
  137.  
  138. e. Should you get an error when decompressing, just make sure you didn't 
  139.    decompress to a diskette only decompress on your HD (Hard Drive Only)

  142. 4. Now use Program Manager click on FILE then on NEW

  144. a. Choose Program Group; 
  145.                         Description: GAMES
  146.                         Group File: GAMES

  148. Type in Games in both lines then click on [OK]

  173. 1.  WAOL Zip Manager Should have created the same name of your zipfile at
  174.     the new directory. In this case it would be called C:\WAOL\SKNIGH20

  176. 2. There should be 4 files in this directory;

  178. a. WIN_A94.TXT, installation and updated info about this game 
  179.    >> you might be reading this now?

  181. b. WIN_A94.WRI, installation and updated info about this game 
  182.    >> maybe reading this one now?

  184. c. VENDOR.EXE, Info for BBS, Sysops, Vendors etc..

  186. d. SKNG20S.EXE,  SFX compress file including Main files including 
  187.    sound and etc..

  189. 3.Type out SKNG20S in dos or double click on this file in any FILE MANAGER
  190.    for Windows.

  192. a. Wait for this file to decompress automatically
  193. b. Should file not decompress make sure you have enough room on your HD only
  194.    >>do not use a diskette<<.

  196. c. When decompression is finished delete SKNG20S.EXE now, because you won't
  197.    need this file anymore!

  200. 4. Now use Program Manager click on FILE then on NEW

  202. a. Choose Program Group; 
  203.                         Description: GAMES 
  204.                         Group File:  GAMES

  206. Type in Games in both lines then click on [OK]
